Filali Kadiri & Associés undertakes to implement all measures required to ensure that data is processed in compliance with applicable regulations, in particular Law No. 09-08, enacted by Dahir No. 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Regarding applications filed through the Website Filali Kadiri & Associés keeps the files (CV and Motivation Letter) for a period of up to two (2) years for the purpose of future recruitment, except if the applicant expressly requests his or her file to be deleted.
